Sports Rehabilitation
The recovery process after an injury or illness can be frustrating and time consuming. Vista’s physical and occupational therapists help patients improve strength, increase mobility and decrease pain.
Treatment methods include heat therapy, electrical stimulation, massage, ultrasound, strengthening, stretching, joint mobilization and others depending on the individual’s needs. Therapy can also be done before surgery for preoperative education and conditioning.
Vista provides outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy at Vista Ambulatory Care Center (1050 Red Oak Lane, Second Floor, Lindenhurst, IL 60046).
